In a quiet cul-de-sac is this spacious L-shaped villa, surrounded by a pretty landscaped garden. All three bedrooms are spacious and all have remote controlled air-conditioners and ceiling fans, two of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities and one additional bathroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern fittings, a full compliment of crockery and cutlery. Facilities include a 24 cubic feet refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, fruit juicer, toaster and coffee-maker. A washer and dryer are provided in the Laundry area.

Sundance has it's own housekeeper who, on request, will cook and serve local dishes. Although superbly suited to self-catering, guests can choose to take a light lunch in some of the best restaurants in the Caribbean such as the elegant Sea Horse Inn located 10 minutes away. The housekeeper services the villa daily except Sundays and is also available for baby-sitting.

There is a large BBQ under the verandah for lazy lunches when lounging next to the pool. There are 2 televisions with cable (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom), CD player, internet connection, telephone, alarm system, personal safe and wheelchair access.
